3/THE JUDGING CRITERIA AND
EVIDENCE REQUIREMENTS
THE SUBMISSION
SECTION 3: THE APPLICATION DOCUMENT
This is the main part of the submission, where you are asked to address the
five core areas of the judging criteria in PDF format, which you will need
to upload to www.bco-cxawards.co.uk to complete your submission.
Please make sure the document includes:
Main written submission covering the 5 CX themes –up to max of 6 A4
pages 12 pt. font text limit plus:
Summary of the Customer Experience Strategy (single page summary)
Testimonials (customer/employee/owner/service partner/visitor/local
community) (Maximum 2 pages A4)
CX Performance metrics – for example Net Promoter Score (NPS),
customer retention, customer effort or other service metrics. Maximum 2
Pages A4
Feedback from occupier / customer /employee/ visitor satisfaction
survey(s) conducted in the last 18 months (max two-page A4 summary)
