1/ ENTRY GUIDELINES OFFICE BUILDINGS
This document gives detailed guidance to entrants on the entry requirements and
judging criteria for the award. The BCO Customer Experience Award will be awarded
to an office building. The award is open to all office buildings and can include
individual office floors, single office buildings or single estates (such as a business
park, office campus or science park).
