You will be contacted if your project is shortlisted and selected for a visit by the CX
Award Judging Panel. Visits are scheduled to take place between June and July 2026.
While we always aim to provide as much notice as possible when arranging judges’ visits,
this is not always achievable. Judges’ schedules are very tight, so alternative dates are
unlikely to be available. If a visit is cancelled at short notice, we may not be able to
reschedule.

National Awards Dinner in October
Submission of an entry is subject to the BCO Customer
Experience Award terms and conditions. These
must be accepted in full via the online awards portal
www.bco-cxawards.co.uk before an entry can be
submitted.
