Main written submission covering the 5 CX themes –
up to max of 6 A4 pages 12 pt. font text limit plus
Customer/client/workplace strategy (single page
summary)
Testimonials (customer/employee/owner/service
partner/visitor/local community) (Maximum 2
pages A4)
CX Performance metrics – for example Net
Promoter Score (NPS), customer retention,
customer effort or other service metrics.
Maximum 2 Pages A4
Results of occupier / customer /employee/ visitor
satisfaction survey(s) conducted in the last 18
months (max two-page A4 summary)
Upload 10 building images (high res and low res)
Submit and pay entry fee (£450 + 20% VAT = £540)
