4/THE JUDGES VISIT
The aim of the judges visit (typically 90 minutes) is to see the customer
experience strategy in action and meet the team responsible for the delivery
of customer experience.
The typical meeting and tour might include:
Front of house customer experience encounter
Short presentation by management / customer experience team (max 10
minutes)
Building tour highlighting amenities, technology, design features, CX
innovation
Customer/employee/client/ service partner encounters
Questions from judges (approx. 15 minutes)
