Head of City asset management, British Land
Geoff is a real estate professional with a broad range of experience across asset management, leasing, capital markets, real estate
finance and insolvency. He is Head of City Asset Management at British Land. Responsibilities include leading strategy and asset
management for: Broadgate- the 32-acre mixed use campus in the heart of London encompassing c 5m sq. ft of market leading
office, retail and leisure space. Broadgate is home to world class developments including 100 Liverpool Street, Exchange Square
and the future tower development of 2 Finsbury Avenue; and Norton Folgate - British Land’s latest campus development,
located at the meeting point of Spitalfields, Shoreditch and the City. This 330,000 sq. ft mixed use scheme is made up of six
architectural significant Georgian and Victorian buildings ranging in size from 10,000 to 120,000 sq. ft
Kelly Cleveland
Head of real estate and investment, British Land
Kelly became Head of Real Estate and Investment at British Land last year, and has overall responsibility for asset management,
leasing and investment across the business. Kelly has been at British Land since 2011, with roles in corporate finance and
heading up strategy, and has been Head of Investment since 2016. She joined the Executive Committee in November 2020.
Kelly is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified in New Zealand in 2001 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and has worked in real
estate in the UK since 2004.
Kelly is also a Non-Executive Director at Sirius Real Estate, the FTSE250 owner and operator of business parks, offices and
mixed-use workspace.
