Nikhil Dhumma

Nikihil is overseeing the design and delivery of workspaces across more than 100 offices in 26 EMEA countries, ensuring proposals
reflect the firm’s culture and values.
A Chartered Architect and interior designer with over 20 years’ experience, he provides strategic design direction throughout JLL’s
global portfolio, championing sustainability, inclusivity and wellbeing in the workplace as drivers of productivity, value and
employee choice. His work includes researching and developing inclusive design strategies, defining success metrics through
bespoke pre- and post-occupancy evaluations, and conducting project reviews to share lessons learnt across the organisation.
Nikhil began his career in UK architectural practices, later working in Iceland on hospitality projects before returning to London to
focus on workplace and hospitality design.
Stuart Cochrane
Workplace Sustainability Lead for JLL UK Commercial Real Estate
Stuart champions sustainability, circularity, and inclusive design across JLL offices. He specialises in circular office design and
embodied carbon reduction for commercial fitouts.
Stuart sits on the Circularity in Practice Taskforce and collaborated with Business in the Community to create industry guidance for
circular fitout practices. He contributed six years of JLL embodied carbon data to inform occupier targets in the UK Net Zero
Carbon Building Standard.
He defined and leads the implementation of JLL's pioneering sustainable fitout strategy at 1 Broadgate; featuring whole life carbon
modelling, urban mining, material passports for nearly 300 products, and a comprehensive social impact strategy—establishing a
new benchmark for sustainable commercial fitouts.
