aesthetics, functionality, and commercial realities.
An accomplished project manager, Siobhan has led large, multidisciplinary teams through every stage of the design process,
consistently navigating programme and budget pressures without compromising design quality.
She is driven by curiosity and a desire to challenge conventions, continually expanding her expertise across sectors and
scales. Siobhan brings to judging a sharp design eye, strategic insight, and a deep appreciation for innovation that
meaningfully enhances the user experience.

Bee has contributed to a wide range of projects across technology and social media companies, financial and investment
firms, and global real estate organizations. Driven by evolving client needs and the urgency of the climate crisis, she is
passionate about sustainable, future-focused design. She plays a key role in organizing product showcases that explore and
promote new sustainable materials across the team. Her interests include designing for disassembly, urban mining, and the
reuse market to reduce reliance on newly manufactured products. She is also committed to inclusive, wellbeing-focused
design, ensuring accessibility and functionality for diverse users in the built environment.
