Siobhan is a dynamic design leader with a passion for progressive thinking in workplace design. She has delivered some of
the most complex projects in the London market, bringing a nuanced understanding of how strong design balances
aesthetics, functionality, and commercial realities.
An accomplished project manager, Siobhan has led large, multidisciplinary teams through every stage of the design process,
consistently navigating programme and budget pressures without compromising design quality.
She is driven by curiosity and a desire to challenge conventions, continually expanding her expertise across sectors and
scales. Siobhan brings to judging a sharp design eye, strategic insight, and a deep appreciation for innovation that
meaningfully enhances the user experience.
Adam Strudwick, BA (Hons)
Principal
Adam is a design-focused Principal with more than 20 years’ experience in interior architecture, spanning retail, branded
environments, corporate interiors and commercial repositioning projects. He has delivered work for technology, financial and
professional services clients across Europe, Asia and the US, with a strong focus on design quality, innovation and client
experience.
Adam has built his career designing commercial workplaces across a range of scales and international locations, driven by a
commitment to creating democratic, sustainable environments for the future. Passionate about the role workplaces play in
people’s daily lives, he focuses on delivering spaces that enhance wellbeing, collaboration and performance. Alongside this,
Adam is committed to environmentally responsible design, seeking to minimise resource consumption and create adaptable,
low-impact workplaces that support both people and planet.
