1 Broadgate represents JLL’s most ambitious workplace project to date, embodying
the company’s vision to shape the future of real estate for a better world and acting
as a landmark for client conversations around the future of work.
JLL’s UK flagship office offers a highly connected and inclusive environment for
collaboration and innovation, placing employee wellbeing and client experience at
the forefront of design. Intelligent technology reduces friction throughout user
journeys whilst creating an environment that can adapt to the changing nature of
work and future AI demands.
Sustainability is a cornerstone of the project, with urban mining, circular design
principles, and low-carbon materials cutting fitout embodied carbon in half, aligning
the fitout with UK NZCBS targets, while 300 Digital Material Product Passports
close the loop by enabling future material recovery and reuse.
