Tiernan leads commercial partnerships at TOGETHER and is often the first point of contact for clients and collaborators. His focus is
fit: matching brief, space, team and outcome. He brings hands-on experience across meetings, conferences and live events, and a calm,
considered approach to bringing people into the building. For this tour, he connects the architecture and workplace thinking to how
the spaces are actually used.

Founder & CEO
Elliott founded TOGETHER on a conviction that gatherings could be done better and built the venue from scratch to prove it. His
background spans decades across real estate, venues and live events, including senior roles at Convene and as CEO of Cavendish
Venues. He leads with a focus on quality, culture and the long view. On this tour, he connects the building's design to the thinking
behind how it works.
Declan Cassidy
Co-Founder & CCO
Declan co-founded TOGETHER after more than a decade leading sales at etc.venues, where he launched four of their largest London
venues, and a spell heading sales development at ExCeL London. His lens is commercial in the truest sense: helping people make better
decisions, earlier and with more clarity. On this tour, he brings a practical read on how the spaces work, how clients use them, and
what the building makes possible.
