The
SUBMISSION
Once registered on www.bcoawards.co.uk, you can create multiple entries, which will save as
you go along, allowing you to return and complete at your leisure. The deadline for all entry
submissions is 5pm, Friday 4 December 2026. Once you have submitted your entry you will be
able to return to review it but not amend it.
All projects for the 2027 Awards must have been completed between 1 January 2022 and
1 November 2026 and the significant use of the building should be for offices. Only the office
area will be judged. Projects do not need to be occupied in order to be eligible for submission.
Where a previous BCO Awards submission covered only an early phase of a wider project,
the project may be entered again at a later stage following the completion of a subsequent phase.

that will be judged on the interior fit-out.
